Upon the eve of my graduation from Design School, major life changes were taking place; i.e. moving into my first home! Again, after depleting our resources for the purchase, I had to get creative and repurpose everything from the previous apartment. So the budget was $0! It does go to show how a designer can take the old and completely repurpose it to seamlessly fit into a new space.

This was my first apartment after graduating college for Business Marketing at SDSU and where I started going to design school online at the New York Institute of Art and Design. Being a student I was naturally operating on a very tight budget. I was inspired by the contrast between the stark white walls and the lush greenery the view of the balcony provided.
